Arberseehaus in Bayerisch Eisenstein

The Arberseehaus is located in a beautiful location, directly on the Arbersee. Unfortunately we could only marvel at it from the outside, due to the corona hygiene rules it was closed. There is also a pedal boat rental for fans of water sports right by the Arberseehaus. The numerous parking spaces right next to the Seehaus make parking easy. We would love to come back for a visit.

Dreamlike. I can only recommend it. Very, very clean hiking trails. Not too steep - great climate and the air first. It's amazing. Keep it up!

Great place for a trip and I recommend a hike up to GrosserArber???It's worth I was there by bike and the dolo is a nice downhill to Rudy?nádhera? great respect in front of the drivers?they are very considerate and in the corners do not overtake you and are waiting for?this Czechs don't know, they're slackers?

The restaurant called me this morning, but hung up on me because I speak English. I had a 12 pm reservation and come from far away. I worked at the Baumwipfelpfad and then rushed to get to my 12pm reservation with road closures and driving through villages, only to see the entire place was closed. This is NOT OKAY. Poor Business!

Beautifully located, right on the lake with a good opportunity for a tour around it. But far too busy, unfortunately everything was full of visitors, although the weather wasn't that good. What's going on here when the sun is shining?

Very idyllic, calm, relaxed and well laid out .. Also suitable for wheelchair users. Best early in the morning.

Large and spacious parking lot. An ideal point for climbing the Great Maple. It is approx. an hour's walk uphill.

A beautiful place and delicious food in the restaurant. I highly recommend it.

As every year when we go on holiday in the Bavarian Forest, we have to take a tour on the beautifully laid out tour around the Großer Arbersee. Then enjoy a drink, warm or cold, depending on the weather, and enjoy a view of the lake from the restaurant's terrace

They have won. Rating refers to 09/16/20 11:30 a.m. In the BEER GARDEN of the Arberseehaus you will find the worst and rudest service staff in the Bavarian Forest. Turns us on when we sit down because we have taken a card from an empty table. Order process in the same way. Just get up and go. On the terrace, the service shows how it's done. Just take a training course or choose another profession. Such employees do not fit into our Bavarian Forest.

Super nice a bit crowded but super nice. Great food at moderate prices. And nice service despite the crowds.

Wonderful and easy to walk circular route around the lake. The Arberhaus is great and organized very hygienically. Already at the entrance, address recording, disinfection and table seat allocation. You feel really safe there! Everything sparkles with cleanliness. Staff very friendly. And best of all, they also give each guest a disinfectant, clean pen to fill out. It couldn't be cleaner.

The Arber See ........! A piece of home for us in Lower Bavaria! Visited the new inn for the first time today, it fits in perfectly with the ambience of the lake. Guest rooms and terrace, a feast for the eyes! Despite Covid 19, the staff was very friendly and helpful! ? For day trippers to the great Arber, whether by bike, on foot, by car or motorcycle, it is almost a must to visit the Arber lake with its restaurant!

Terrible. A glacial lake on which pedal boats ride, a giant wooden crocodile on the shore, crowds of people and noise everywhere. In the middle of the lake and along the edges, there are barriers to prevent pedal boats. On the banks of the trail, a ban on going off the trail. So the second star just for the fact that the lake would be beautiful, not for the road and the pub and pedal boats and playing music. Parking for 3 Euros, but! Just connect approx. 3 km to the cable car station to Velký Javor (parking ticket is valid there as well), from there a few km through the forest along the red Lo3 to a small lake, which can be bypassed without tourists in complete peace.

It was good and really beautiful walkways. But at 9 o'clock was no restroom open so that was a downer for me and minus 2 stars

The way around the lake is about 2 km all at ground level! Very beautiful landscape! Right next to it is the forest marble run which our children (6 and 10) loved!

Very beautifully situated lake. Here you can easily go around the lake with a stroller. This circular route is fun for young and old. Benches keep coming back to take a rest.

Definitely part of a visit to the region. Those who come early are almost alone on the circular route. Very idyllic. Well-organized restaurant and very good cuisine, friendly, fast service

Here it's all about money, and you aren't allowed to swim because money generating boats need to be in the whole lake, also parking isnt cheap and only cash is accepted

A very beautiful lake with a great 'as-it-is-in-the-book' landscape. It is possible to take a tour around the lake. Unfortunately, the catering is already closed from 4.30 p.m., so I unfortunately couldn't use it. At the lake there is the possibility of renting a pedal boat and taking it across the large Arbersee.

An absolutely beautiful Nature Park! There are many hiking possibilities.

Great opportunity to stretch your legs after lunch. The tour around the Abersee lasts between 35 u. 45 min. The path is very well paved. On the way you will learn a lot of interesting facts about the nature reserve via information boards.
